We will have your new site ready within 14 working days of receiving the content. To minimise any hassle for the practice our process is very streamlined and each surgery site begins from one our standardised GP Surgery website templates. We can quickly set up your chosen design with generic content and then work with you to add practice specific content. You can then review, feedback to us, provide updated content and approve the site for publishing.

All of our GP surgery websites are mobile-friendly. We employ the latest html and css techniques and technology to create 'responsive' websites that 'respond' to the browser dimensions of the device they are being viewed on and adjjust their layout for an optimal viewing experience for that device and screen size. Your site will display and work effectively and be easy to naviagte and use on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

We can integrate online patient services websites and apps such as SystmOnline, Patient Access and Vision.

We can also integrate or link to all of the leading remote, online conultation systems including Engage Consult, Ask My GP, E-Consult, Doctor Link, Visionable and Livi amongst others.

Our content management system and website editor is incredibly easy to learn and use and has a number of powerful features. You can edit the text on your pages, add photos, embed video, upload documents, add and remove pages, manage folders and all from a simple, clear and intuitive interface.

Our content management system uses inline editing - just click on the page and type. No more forms or other confusing views of your website as you may have experienced with Wordpress and other difficult to use online website editors.

Our websites are designed to closely adhere to WCAG 2.1 website accessibility standards and our CMS allows you to keep new and updated content accessible. We can also embed the Equal Web accesibility tool to make the site easier to use for the blind, visually impaired and hard of hearing.

Moving your domain name away from your current provider so that it can be pointed to your new website and hosting service is an easy process that we will walk you through. If your practice uses a .nhs.uk domain then, unlike other domain name extensions, this will be regiistered centrally with NHS Digital and they will point your domain away from your old supplier's site to our server when the site is ready to launch.

Our standard GP Surgery website package includes training videos and a manual and access to our online library of resources to help you use the CMs to manage your website. The standard annual fee also covers server maintenance and security and patch application and daily site backups. It does not cover making ongoing site updates or providing ongoing support. Our tier 1 package offers you 25 hours of support and updates per annum for just £125.

If you choose the standard package, our billable rate is £20 per hour for additional work and support outside the annual plan, with a minimum biling period of 30 minutes.

We offer healthy discounts for groups of practices working together in Federations or PCNs who wish to have their websites redeveloped. Centralising your website provider makes good sense from both an economic and efficiency perspective. All practices within a group working together with one content management system allows you to share content relevant to all the practices in your group across all the sites without having to update that content on each site individually.
