COVID-19 Spring clinics at Farmdene Surgery
We do not have any more clinic dates planned however a drop in clinic will be running on Wednesday 29th May 10am- 4pm for all patients who are eligible.
The current eligibility as per NHS guidance is:
- adults aged 75 years and over
- residents in a care home for older adults
- individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed
If you are unable to make the above date you are able to book at an alternative location either online or by calling 119.
I don't want the vaccinations
If you want to decline the vaccination, you can let us know using the contact us form on our website. This will stop us inviting you again.
Housebound vaccinations
We have vaccinated the majority of our housebound population and the remaining patients are currently being contacted to arrange a date to be visited.
How will we be communicating about the COVID-19 Vaccinations this year?
The NHS/Government will be doing their usual seasonal campaigns to make sure all patients informed about getting their COVID-19 Vaccinations.
We have been calling and sending SMS invites patients that are eligible. These invites will have links that allow you to book straight into our clinics. If you have any questions or the link won't work, feel free to call us to book.
