Tests and test results

Did you know you can now view your test results and immunisation history via online services such as the NHS app?

For online test results and immunisations each patient must be activated individually. If you do not yet have access to these records please fill out our contact us form and we will get you activated as soon as we can. 

Please help us by ensuring that any specimens you provide are given in the correct container and are labelled. Failure to do so will mean the laboratory cannot process your specimen.

Please understand that we are bound to maintain patient confidentiality and therefore results will only be disclosed to the patient (not their spouse/partner) or to the parents of minors, i.e. under the age of 16, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Routine & non-urgent test results can take at least 48 working hours to reach us.

Please note that you may only be contacted regarding your test results if there is an abnormality or further action is required. Therefore, if your results are ‘normal’ you will not be contacted by us to confirm this.
